"We were forced to go with State Farm due to one of our vehicles being hard to insure so it was nice they covered it. We have been with them about 6 weeks and it has been 1 administrative error after another. First we were told when we bought the vehicle to call a certain number (on a weekend) to activate our insurance after the agent had entered the information in the system. We bought it and called the number but they had none of our information and could not start the insurance. We had to drive the vehicle 3 hours to get home, uninsured. We met with the agent 2 days later and requested comprehensive on the vehicle and the low price was discussed. We got the paperwork a week later and it was not listed. We have since called two other times about this issue before it finally got listed. The last time it was blamed on underwriters. Pretty disappointing when a company can't even handle the small details. Makes you wonder how things will be when you really need them."
