This location handles all of my state farm policies (6 different policies) and they're fantastic. I was with my old agent for 20yrs, and ended up changing to this office. I called and spoke with Crystal today as my hubby & I got a new car, and needed to swap out our old one. Talk about full service! Crystal reviewed my policy, and gave me a ton of different options & recommendations as to what to add or not add. She is well versed, & gave me information on additional policies that would be beneficial for me & my family; she clearly communicated the value in all of their different offerings. She was very conscious of my finances, and made sure I got the most bang for my buck. She was a wealth of knowledge, & was able to answer almost all of my questions. The ones she wasn't sure about she took the time to look up the answer. I really appreciated that she was patient, detailed, charismatic, trustworthy and well informed. Crystal is truly AMAZING!! and I look forward to working with her again in the future. Thank you for all your help!
